Dementia Action Week takes place on 20-26th May 2019. The aim of the week is to unite people, workplaces, schools and communities to take action and improve the lives of people living with dementia. Over the coming weeks, we will be showcasing some of the activities which are taking place around the UK, including at care settings who have partnered with us.
